Oil lines with chrome end and fittings

Has anyone replaced the oil lines from the tank to the motor with ones that have chrome end and fittings on them. I would like to do that but have not found a good source. The ones I have found will not tell you what the hose ID or OD is (just the length). If anyone has information on this I would appreciate a source and sizes as well.
