I am replacing the oil lines on my chopper and was wondering if anyone knew where to get new ones from? I am assuming I can just get some made from russeld or goodridge but was wondering where everyone else, if they have done it, has gone for there's? Thank You

I replaced 3 earlier this year on an '08 Mutt. Got 'em from Biker's Dream in Atlanta. Give Steve or Lanny a call

'I just replaced mine this summer. I searched Russell and Goodridge, but couldn't find a good match. I finally ordered a set (3 hoses) for $67 from BDM/Street Stuff in CT. Perfect fit.

My own fault, I cut tie-wraps holding the hoses against each other and the frame to run a supplemental ground wire to the voltage regulator. The freed hoses chaffed against each other for over a year and finally leaked. The BDM hoses are not nearly as good as Russell or Goodridge, but the price was good.

I got nowhere with hose companies. Most don't carry 3/8" hose in SS overbraid around here.

Just measure the length of the old ones and get them on the internet. They are all over the place and you don't have drive someplace to find out they don't have it. Or, buy lines over the length and cut them.

Ended up getting them from an Ebay store. I did call up Bikers Dream and they did not have the lengths needed for an 05 Chopper. Lanny was very helpful as he made a few calls but it was going to take weeks to get them from Big Dog themselves. I did not want to wait that long. If anyone is curious the lengths for an 05 Chopper DT are 22", 26" and 32". (These are the 3 lines coming off the oil tank)
