manual says. #6 is your problem most likely.
1. remove outer and inner primary covers.
2. slide rotor off of the crankshaft.
3. loosen the four allen head screws from the stator using a 5/32" allen wrench.
4. loosen setscrew in motor block to remove stator plug.
5. remove stator.
6. to install, take a small amount of RTV silicone and apply to the stator plug.
7. insert stator plug into motor block, setting length of stator plug to line on the slug.
8. apply loctite 2440 to the threads of the four, 5/32" allen head screws and install stator to the block. tighten the screws in a 1-3 2-4 patten and torque to 45 in/lbs.
9. slide the rotor onto the crankshaft placing it over the stator.
10. install inner and outer primary covers.
