oil leak from starter

I beleive my starter is leaking oil, I cleaned everything up and traced it to the starter, my question is the starter still works, do I have to replace it or can someone relace the seals that is causing the leak

Check this guy out on eBay. This is the one I put in back in the early spring, no problems so far. I have replace the seal in mine three times with not luck. You need to have the slot cut in the starter mount and good venting on the primary. I believe Raywood has a post in the technical section on this.
