Oil Filter Drip Pan

I just changed all of my fluids and I think I've got the proces down to where the drips are at a minimum. However, I've tried several oil filer drip pans and gimmics and still can't seem to change the filter without getting oil all over the frame. There's so little space between the filter and the engine that getting something in there to catch the oil is almost impossible. Does anyone use something that works to catch the oil when removing the filter?

I made one from a plastic milk jug .. pretty easy. I did get one of those store bought models and the dam thing won't fit properly. grrrrrr

Thanks for your feedback, I like both and will probably try the oil slick first and go from there. I'm tired of putting down oil dry every time I change the filter!!

Thanks for your help.
