When was the last time you replaced them?
You check your axle torque just incase your axle nut didn't back off?? 45 ft/lbs
If axle nut is correct torque then yep I'd say bearings.

This is why I change bearing each time I change a tire.

I did that in the mountains last year. Set screw holding the axle broke! Felt like 2 wheel steering. Replaced the bearings for good measure.

New bearing time for sure..... Or do what my brother did and spray them with WD-40 every stop....

As far as I know those were the original bearings from 2008! So wheel can't be much off? I hope.
I'm not a mechanic, nor do I have prober shop, wich actually may be good
I would do a shitload of damage in a weekend. I can do some little shit, albeit were slowly, with good instructions and with a lot of pictures.Btw your bike looks great!
