When was the last time you replaced them?

You check your axle torque just incase your axle nut didn't back off?? 45 ft/lbs

If axle nut is correct torque then yep I'd say bearings.

As far as I know those were the original bearings from 2008! So wheel can't be much off? I hope.
I'm not a mechanic, nor do I have prober shop, wich actually may be good I would do a shitload of damage in a weekend. I can do some little shit, albeit were slowly, with good instructions and with a lot of pictures.
