Odd Lower End Noise

Upon first starting my k9 250 there is a noise from the lower end that I can only describe as something similar to a loose marble being hurled around hitting the inside surfaces. Can't pinpoint the exact location, either bottom end or primary. It seems to go away after warming up.

Any ideas,

Just a guess maybe the clutch hub nut..take the primary cover off and inspect..basket could be hiting inside cover...

An simpler check would be to check the primary chain for slop

Marvs on it. Maybe a sloppy chain. Does the sound change with rpm? Does it matter if it's in or out of gear?
