Noticing Deka battery prices are all over the place

I've been looking at some basic wear items for my bike and decided I should replace whatever battery that's in it, since it's been sitting for a year and a half at least and is probably kaput. I've been looking at these Deka ETX20L for a replacement and I've seen prices ranging all over, from $30 (even though the ad shows a SigmasTek STX20L-BS, so probably a wrong ad), $55 (for basically the same SigmasTek battery listed as a Deka), to $110, on up to $125 and $160. Am I missing something? I'm guessing the go-to price for a proper Deka is the $110'ish?
