Just DO NOT use aluminum polish on your chrome. It has chemicals in it that will slowly remove the top chrome plating. Only use chrome polish or wax on chrome.

Owning a detail shop for many years and using almost every brand of waxes and polishes on the market I find Wizards impossible to beat.

The big thing with aluminum polish is that most of the "fast working" polishes have harsh chemicals in them to break down the oxidation very quickly, but if you don't seal the aluminum, those chemicals also cause the aluminum to oxidize faster than a polish that doesnt take it off as fast.

So just because it is the "easiest" polish to get the job done, most those polishes will cause the job to be short lived and oxidized again quickly.

I use Wizards Aluminum polish and after that their Metal Sealer.
My polish jobs last years before needing done again.
