pulled the derby cover off, and readjusted the clutch, got it to a good spot so we put it all back together.
same problem.
how does one tighten the clutch nut without having the disc move as well?

Not sure if you got it? But you need to hold the clutch with the allen (I think it is a 7/16") and tighten the nut while holding the allen in place.

All seems to be working good right now...it even passed state inspection this week!
