Finally able to get back out and ride! I was going to try this project myself,glad I didn't do that had many things going on at once. Took the bike to the shop about 4 weeks ago and got it back about 2 weeks ago. Sorry for the late update but I have been out riding everyday

. I have attached some pictures of everything that had to be replaced on the bike. WOW this was way more than I expected. The shop gave me a run down about half way through the repair process so I knew what was going on before I got the bill

. but I had a LOT of work done!! Come to find out my starter I had put on last July was just past the warrenty by 4 weeks so had to replace that also. Just a quick run down on what the shop said was wrong with each part.
Rotor=teeth bent/curled likely to brake soon good to go ahead and replace
Starter=just went bad
stator=burnt spots/not charging correctly
Clutch basket=two outer gears coming lose and started rubbing primary housing-caught just in time (I saw the half circle rub on the inside of the housing myself)
Several new seals=I had a bad leak and asked them to find it for me. They found several so they replaced these seals. Transmission seal,Primary,Seal behind the starter
All I have to say is she starts better than she ever has since I have had the bike, has not let me down yet (better not after all that) :lol: The owner was willing to let me work out payments on the bill :2thumbs:. I highly recomend this shop if you are ever in the Fayetteville N.C area, very good work look them up HOTRODZ :up:
