noises

well I started the bike this morning and it sounded like it was struggling to run. I pull on the clutch and I started hearing noises and the engine struggled more. Does anyone have any clue what it is? :bang:

Time to pull the primary cover.

Well just got word back from the BDM Dealer and the clutch assembly is shot and was coming loose and that what was making the noise and bogging the engine down. They had to send BDM pics. wed. and they just got word today to replace the whole assembly. Should have it back mid next week.

Well the dog is still in the shop dealer called me fri. saying they took it on the high to road test it and the clutch was slipping so now they ordered a clutch plate and spring. I hope to be riding this weekend.

Well now after 2 1/2 weeks in the shop the bike is still broke. They have replace the clutch assembly didn't work so they replace the clutch plate and spring still don't work. They are saying it continues to slip at about 2500 RPM's when passing. Does anyone know what could be causing this problem?????????

well just talked to the dealer and bike still not ready!!!! They got the second order of parts installed and still had same problem slipping at about 2500 RPM when passing.. BDM stated they have been having problems with the clutch plate springs so now they are sending more parts. I hope they get it fixed this time its been 3 weeks today that they have had the bike.
