No Spark

[Full Throttle]

05 Ridgeback (8k miles)...Just put in a new starter and battery. Bike was running awesome over 5 days and 150 miles . Went to a friends house for about 45 min. Went to start the bike, and would not fire. All lights work and starter turning over normally. Pulled a plug and checked for spark...no spark. Any help would be appreciated.
