I have 04 chopper I put the wire plus modules in and the bike ran fine, now I cannot get spark to the plugs. I have power to the coil but nothing to the plugs. Can anyone help?

No spark to neither plug ? Sure you have power to the coil ? Wires, but both at same time ? Plugs, but both at same time ? Has the bike been wet ?

Someone will chime in with more knowledge on your set-up

Why did you put a WP system in? Problem you were having was most likely the ignition system from the start. EHC might have been fine. Is the motor trying to fire at all? How do you know your not getting spark? What is the red LED light on the ignition module under seat doing? Anything?
Sorry for so many questions, but your gonna have to check a few things in order for us to help further dio.

The motor is turning over but there is no spark I have tested it by using a spark plug against the motor . The red LED on the ignition module blinks one time. Could it be my electronic ignition that has gone bad.

Sure sounds like it. Replace it with a Daytona Twin Tec Ignition Kit. Kit comes with internal Ignition, single fire coil and new plug wires.
Drag-Specialties part number 2101-0242
$378.95 retail.
You can test voltage going out of ignition box under seat. Should have battery voltage going in and out.

If you got power to the coil, whose to say it's the ignition module and not just the coil? Instead of wasting $400 when it could just be a $40 part.

If you want to make the change over from dual to single and put in an upgraded igntion then I agree spend the 4 bills and be done with it. Just throwing out a possible solution.

I'd be checking/changing the cam sensor (considering that's what makes the LED on the ignition module blink) if you have power the ignition module and coil but no spark...
