No spark on one side of new vodoo coil (02 Pitbull)

Last year started noticing a mild miss in rear cylinder. gas and compressions is good. put new coil and it ran for a few miles and now NO spark on one side. Have thunderheart ignition. Suspect its the pickup in nose cone. Anyone dealt with this before? plug on down cylinder is dark

Took original out n put in dyna2000i
Same problem.

Put new vodoo 3 ohm coil on n wires etc ..don't make sense

Coil was bad out of box. 25k ohm on one side but only 2500 on non working side of coil. Back to stock for now.
