No power

Hi all, I have an 04 chopper. The problem is i have no power! I rode last weekend, parked in the shed, went to start it this morning and nothing. It is always pluged into a battery mantainer, I have checked to usual, Batt voltage, i have power at the relay under the seat and the main feed at the starter, checked all the terminals. so when you turn the key theres no speedo lights and no lights on the EHC or ignitoin module. Would it be that the EHC has shit its self. Any advice will be most welcome.

You can start at the key. I would check to see if your key is turning all the way on and also see if the power is going through. It is possible for the key mech to go bad. From there I would tend to lead towards a ground being loose. Electric issues are never fun to track down.. Best of luck to ya !!

Thanks for that, I have just checked the key and pulled the plug apart but no power there.

I would ask what voltage do you have on the battery? Then check all connections for a tight fit

12.6 vollts checked and rechecked connections. Just seems strange that theres power at the starter and relay but no where else.

Thanks for the help everyone, Just finished installing a wire plus kit and the dog lives on. Cheers
