I have a 2004 chopper and when you turn the key on the speedo is the only thing that comes on and it doesn’t toggle from right to left it starts to move then resets it self. I have a brand new battery I’ve checked all the fuses and relays they all checked out. I also cleaned my grounds and checked connections but no luck no power just to speedo. It seems like the pdm is good but the hci is bad don’t know for sure but have power going to hci but not out of it
