Doubt you messed up much if anything on the WP, but anything is possible.
Go back through and check all of the ignition connections for the proper locations. If you don't find anything, PM Jake and he show up shortly to help if his 'puter is on! :2thumbs:

dead :cheers:

Try a simple test to see if the Ignition Cam Sensor is working properly.. I have had one of these just go out on me and it took me forever to figure out what it was... I HATE ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS!!!

no problem
i went to a canceled hand gun class and the building where the bike is kept had water pipe burst and it flooded the bike all day with water;
yes .
the ehc would blink once then go out and the thunder heart would not even light up or blink ,

It's more than likely your Cam shaft sensor, I just installed a wire plus myself and took the bike out for it's first good ride. Ended up at a friends house to have a few cold ones but when I went to leave the bike wouldn't crank. Did a few checks but the bike just wouldn't start. Checked the voltage to the coil, (12 V on both sides - Good), I pulled the plugs to check if fouled - (Good), measured the primary side of the coil (3 Ohms-good), measured the secondary (15k Ohms, good), Ignition module was lighting up red just like you're seeing but when trying to crank the bike with the plugs out to check if they were fireing i wasn't getting any spark. The only think left is the Cam sensor, it's not picking up so it's never telling the Ign. module to ground so there's never any spark at the plug. Changed out the sensor and the bike fired right up.

When you turn on the ignition switch, try just hitting the start button. Do not hit the run button first like you used to do with the ehc. With the wire plus, the run button cycles the power off/on to the coil and the default is "on" when you turn on the key, hitting teh run button just turns off power to the coil.

At least that's teh way it is with my wire plus.

back again guy's.
the coil check's out good on both sides 3.5 and 12.
the run switch is now the kill switch if you hit it the starter it will not kick in until you hit it again which is cool . guess it's sensor time anybody know the best place to pick one up the harley dealer here in fort worth only orders big dog part's for the bikes they service the public can't order, i will try fixing the high/ low beam after it start's
thanks again for all the help

well thanks to jake at low down and don at wire plus the nightmare may be over .
it was all about 1 little dim head light wire inside the frame tube that i must have torn pulling the ing.wires through .
after cutting a new one and finaly getting it through the frame i now have high /low beams and a thunder heart that is blinking and spark plugs sparking . i will put the tank back on and fire it up in the morning .

i want to thank all of you for your help too.
