NJ Harley Deallr now selling BIG DOG who would have thought

I just received an email message from my local Harley Dealer today Bergen County Harley Davidson and they are now selling and servicing Big Dog motorcycles . i had to go to their website after I got the message because i couldnt believe what I was seeing. I really like the fact that they are five miles from ym house but I am kind of shocked that HARLEY would allow them to sell big Dogs in their dealership. Never thought I would see the day that a Harley dealer would sell the Dogs

I would have to agree with you. sales may be down in hd land which may unleash some restrictions

It is pretty common for Harley Dealers to sell them. I have ran across a few in my travel including Fort Myers Harley Davidson that WAS selling BDM up till about 2 years ago and they gave it up.

Hey Ed - I bought my 2005 Fat Boy from Bergen, and they have always been great at service and making you feel like part of their family. I was thrilled when they began selling and servicing Big Dogs a few weeks back. I already took my 2007 k-9 there for a quick oil change (yes, i'm lazy that way), and they were great again.

Hope to see you there some day, as I assume you must live in Bergen county as well.

IMO Big dog should get busy and start getting more HD stealerships on board.
Not many dealers can survive on selling BD's alone. You need a strong brand to be the anchor for this business and HD would be a natural tie in.

I believe there is also a HD dealership in New Orleans that sells BDs as well.

Bergan Harley is a Stand-up Operation, Additionally, I hear Wolfman from the Chrome and Custom is a Counterman there, so he's got a better then average shot of knowing what you are looking for regarding Big Dog parts.
