NEW WHEEL BEARING PART #

Just had the pleasure of finding out about the rear wheel bearings part # and how difficult to find a local part to fit. Well I chased the part all day yesterday in 2 counties and finally found a NAPA part that fits, since I didn't want my bike sitting for a few days.

FYI:# 6205- VSP25 from NAPA.

Exact fit on my '06 Pitbull.
The original bearing had the same 6205 number on it but that's all. I hope this helps someone.

all you had to do was to look at the post-a-note on the wall next to my computer, dah!:roll::cheers:

that # should be an SKF bearing, and yes, it is the one that is most often recommended. should have gotten (3) of them and (2) 204pp4 z22-p timken/fafnir for the front.

For the sake of saving time I just wanted to make the post instead of looking at all the previous ones on this topic. Thanks for the info for the front part #, I'll be replacing them real soon just to be pro-active. I hate to break down!

Thanks guys
