Speedometer problems aren't uncommon. A lot of guys switch over to a Dakota digital. You can get them from bigdogpartskingpin.com. I have to get one myself because my odometer just went blank a few weeks ago. Even if you have to spring for a new speedo, you got a hell of a deal.

So how big a deal is it to switch over to a Dakota digital? I am capable, but just wondering summer big project some are small.

That bag of parts that came with it has two speedometer’s in it that are both stock. I have no idea if they’re good or bad ones white face ones or black five

Well, you could try them. If at least one works, then you know your speedometer is bad. If none work, you may have a wiring problem. The Dakota digital allows you to preset the odometer to your original odometer so your mileage remains true.

If you have time and patience and a good soldering pencil. Most of the problems with the sock spedo's are cold or loose solder joints. My 2004 had three. Make sure you look at a spedo break out print first. so you know how they come apart. Mine still works fine now.

I believe they are "plug and play".

we have off this barometer end. All joints looks good and the sensor all joints looked good. Is there somewhere else?

Since you have those other speedometers, I would use them to try to narrow down the problem. Like I said, if at least one of them works, then you know the problem is in the speedometer. If that is the case, then you can try to take it apart and follow Rottweiler's advice or buy a new one, or just keep the working speedometer if you don't care about the mileage being correct.

We did even with a small pick they were solid
You will have to start checking wiring. It's a straight shot between the ignition module and the tach ring. Maybe the tach ring needs replaced. It's frustrating sometimes. No doubt. @knothead would know more about the electrical aspects than I do.
