Ok,
so since I moved to Fl, I needed to get my tag back to horizontal by Oct 1. I always feel better about being me if I can make something instead of buying it from a catalog. Ended up buying a lighted frame but made my own backing plate out of some diamond plate. Cheaper this way.

Here are some pics.

Now I'm ready for the law! It's BS but I'm ready!

Nice job LDO!!! Isn't it nice to be able to spend a year in Iraq fighting and dying for your country then come home and be damned if you have your license plate in a vertical position!!!

 :2thumbs:

Talked to an officer yesterday here in Orange Park Fl and he sd he would never pull someone over for their tag being mounted vertical. Then he sd if I was going to Daytona make sure it was horizontal because that is what they will be looking for this year. Tag lmount looks great I like the diamond plate.

The good thing with most of us with the vertical. The horizontal holes are still there... just flip like Jake said and flip back later.

Diggin the Pink Work Boots...:2thumbs:

I didn't catch that at first but those are my work sneakers after an 'incident' with a gallon of red paint while painting my garage. Guess they ended up looking pink.:D
