New Starter!

The old starter got to the point where it would just barely turn over the engine.(2002 Mastiff, 107 ci) Contacted Curtis @ Wild Steed Worx who recommended his 1.8kw high torque starter. Placed the order (which was shipped super fast!).
Installed it, and man what a difference! This thing cranks!
Side note; The start button on the handlebars never worked since I got the bike. Never took the time to troubleshoot it, just used the slam switch. Decided to try a new relay (very cheap and plugs into the EHC).
Hot damn! Now my start button works! :up:

Just bought a Ultima starter and I am in the process of rebuilding my old starter this is my first one I have torn completely apart.. Everything looks intact the contacts were pretty fouled up…
I agree WSW , curtis has offered many times to help with my headlight issue on the pittbull once the starter is done I am going to look him up.
