New S&S Dual cone filter

I wanted one, but the S&S catalog shows it at over $700 when you get all the pieces (unless my reading comprehension is bad).

WOW!!! That's all I can say about the new set-up!....I'm really happy with it! I really don't know if I would want any more low end power!
Throttle is super sensitive in low end!
I bought it from my dealer in Lansing, Michigan. Full Throttle Motorsports, when my bike was in getting it's 5K service. From what I can break down on the invoice - A LITTLE OVER 2k! Then chrome manifold and the air cleaner looks to be about $625. But it is really pulling good! It seems a bit louder and after putting a couple hundred miles on it my leg does not seem to touch it.
I haven't had it Dyno'ed yet or changed the jets, But I think it needs a little something, because every so often it will like burp out of the carb and seem to stall, mainly after I come to a stop but that only happens like one out of twenty stops.
All and all, I love it! Plus it's made by S&S so they should know whats good for their motors.

If you didnt know we fly QF-4 and we have General Robert Olds reproduction paint job on one of our aircraft to do Air Shows next year
It did its first air show at Nellis (Las Vegas, Nv) this weekend and we made A LOT of grown men Cry
PS for you that dont know General Robert Olds was an Ace F-4 pilot with 4 official Kills but he really had 5. 5 got you sent home and he was born to fly

I put the forward controls on my bike. I am tall, does the air cleaner hit your legs at all? My wimmer is facing forward and it is not in my way.
