New rear tire?

I bought the dog with a 10 year old Venom on the rear and it just started to show little cracks on the side.

My options are quite limited, I have to pick between a Cobra or a Dunlop Elite 3 for my 250 rear tire.

Any thoughts? (besides the fact that the old Venom is long overdue )
