I can't say anything about trailering it home. I did the same thing. Put 17 miles on it in the neighborhood before even getting out on a city street. I hadn't ridden in 20 years. Busted my big road cherry though the other day. 85 mph down the highway having a blast. Didn't take long. CONGRATS ON THE MUTT!!!:2thumbs:
