new mirrors

Picked up these sickle mirrors today for my chopper, made by bikemaster. Not high dollar (100 set) but they feel well made and fit the look of the bike perfectly. I lost my solo stock mirror on the road awhile back. The stock mirror constantly needed to be readjusted. One day before a ride I tried to tighten the nut on the back of the mirror down extra tight and I guess since the mirror couldn't give them stem said fuck it and gave up :lol:

Anyway Ive been looking for awhile at every shop I go. I hate to order an item like that online because I like to feel them in my hands and make sure they are sturdy and well built. These felt good and looked great. Well see how they hold up. Just thought Id share.

Only problem is now I got these nice shiny new mirrors and it makes me want to replace my grips and controls:bang:

Thats why I liked them. Cool but not too wild. I tend to like simple and clean but still stylish, if you can have all that at the same time lol

BTW i was also gonna mention they had a few sets on ebay for 90-96 bucks and a set with a couple "light scratches" and missing a bolt (didnt say which one) for 45.

demon cycle has the same mirror for $38.97. I bought a set for my previous bike and the quality is great. All of the mirrors that I have purchased from them have been on our bikes for 2 years with no issues.

I have the same got them a few years a go no issues 18.00 on eBay.

Def Im locktiting the stem nut also, added a lock washer and a rubber washer on each side of the stem. Hoping the rubber will help with vibes....last mirror pissed me off constantly.

They are clean looking. The stock ones on my 07 were put there for decoration purposes only. The left one has never stayed in the same spot for a minute it seems like.

$19 on eBay last month. Good product for the $$. Almost disposable for that price, if they did break or something.

Well im glad everyone so far that has these has nothin bad to say other than i could have got them cheaper...if they give me minimal problems its worth 100 bucks for a set to me.

Did the same I have had them about 4 years and they have held up real good. they are quality for a good price. something you don't find to often
