Hey Pissed,
Nice find, and for the price I suppose you can't beat it. I would be more inclined install it if it was a proximity switch.
More involved I guess but same working principle. I looked on his site but he didn't have anything like that.
Good find none the less!
Where did you wire it in? By the key switch or by the battery?

That's pretty much my POV. I would rather have no buttons. Not switching a key for a button.

I like the idea of eliminating the key. But would prefer a proimity style keyless setup.

HMMMMM for that to work you must have a ign source kill, If you want to keep your key it will be no prob i will post a pic later with details

I'm with ALHALL. more simple more better. Just one more thing to go wrong. Guess I'm old school- fix it on the side of the road with bailing wire and vice grips. Seems like most of the problems discussed are electrical. My2

Hey pissed. i bought the same system off Ebay from the link you shared.
I want to use option #3. NO key at all,, just carry the little remote in my pocket,, push the button,, hit my run switch,, start the bike. :2thumbs:

How did you wire yours into your bike exactly?? We only have 2 wires into our key switch. I want to make sure i've got it right.

OP. #3 No key

1. Both black wires to ground.

2. Uesing test light key off ck at switch for wire that has power, that will be connected to the DC input wire (red) The other wire at switch(with on power) will be connected to the output wire (white). Very simple

3. what I did was follow the wires from the switch to a good location to cut and splice (please use solder)

NO NEGITIVE COMMENTS ON MY CREATIVE DRAWING PLEASE:bang:
