Good idea Eric. Would bet the hell out of pimp sticks:2thumbs:
I tried to order the pimp stix but the order didn't go through so the owner sent me several smart-ass emails and said he didn't care if he got my business or not. I couldn't beleive it, the guy acted like a total jerk. I finally had to tell him to fuכk off...

okay Eric, So where did you find the extension rod to fit the drill and the cleaning tip? I have looked all over and no luck.

extentions can be found where the gun cleaning suplies are sold,, I have so many gun cleaning kits I have extras, but i have seem them for sale,, but if not wal-mart usually sells the whole kit for less than 10 bucks

Good idea!

One of my X employees once used a saw zaw with a sissy stick taped to the end. Diamond cut and polishes at the same time.

For diamond cut heads use jewelry cleaner and a soft toothbrush on the edges. Works perfect for mine. For the inside of the fins and the rest of the motor I use Metal Gloss. It is available on ebay and is the best polish I have ever used on polished aluminum. It makes my motor come very close to matching the chrome pieces I have near it. Somehow it literally gives it a gloss like n other polish I have seen.

I like the idea Eric - got some serious cleaning to do before spring - that should give me alittle more time for a cold one!

Nice! What are the brand names of these cleaners/polishes?

Barrell cleaning tips work good but I found using a Dremel tool using the fine wire tips then the buffing tips is easier, there is no extensions to mess with. Alcoa wheel cleaner and polish works great but is a workout.
