New front end on 2007 Big Dog K9

Hi. I own a beautiful 2007 Big Dog k9 chopper. I am disappointed with its relatively thin front forks, and would like to increase its overall length to the maximum safe/rideable length--I am hoping for 9.5 to 10 plus feet overall. Are their thicker front forks available for this bike, or will I have to consider inverted forks? I need a very attractive, long, chrome front end that will allow me to mount my original front fender, and that can hide my front brake cable. I am not interested in springer front ends, and prefer cartridge mechanisms that are very reliable and will not leak. Any suggestions including pictures would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much--Bob Bracnaro.

Unless you plan on cutting the neck on your frame you are going to be very limited to what length you have and keep the trail correct at the same time.

Yeah the geometry of the bike is key. Get out of the comfort range and it will be like trying to ride a wild bull.

I wish I could afford a goldammer but this is close. That's a mean street avalon front end 5 deg. rake and 11 over.

Give Beezer a PM, he's stretched out a couple and is the process of stretching the one out even further. I'm sure it's 10 ft plus. In seatmakers terms they have these little metal donuts that go on each side of the neck which are thick on one side and thin on the other which change the angle of the dangle. Get it? :job:
