New electrical issue?

Ok so I started noticing that my horn was blowing when I would squeeze the clutch and the front brakes at the same time, like it was shorting somewhere. I just said hell I don't need a horn so I unplugged it...Problem solved right? Wrong!
I rode today and noticed that I could hear an electrical sounding buzz when I would squeeze the clutch and the front brakes at the same time. I tightened the horn and took off the left side of the handle bar where the buzz was coming from and took apart the button assembly. I cleaned it with electrical duster and dried it good. I inspected the wires at the handle bars and they all look clean no rubbing. Buzzing is still there
Here's the really strange part, I don't hear anything when the bike is not running. Crazy...I don't have no other symptoms.
Any ideas?

are you sure it isn't just the brake pads when they make contact with the drilled rotors? they all make some squealing noise because the holes are not chamfered.

Step asside fell'ears... Gear round is more like something hot is in play. So, either we find that wire diagram, trace the horn/shift/kick(safety?)/both brakes being back to ground.

If I tag a front brake or a rear, I get buzz, right? If I leave things off, I still get buzz? So, do we see hot is bleeding on the buzzer? Follow the buzzer wire. Does it split to some safety switch?

Horn is not safety as in, 'able to start.' So, is the horn tied into the brake/clutch/safety line to the fuse? How many fuses do we have? We then proceed to have key on/pull one fuse at a time till the buzz stops. This is the fuse feed to said... Look out!

Without that wire diagram/control box/LED's throwing code? Got me by the short H'is.

Not throwing codes to the LED and the buzzing sound does not happen if the bike is not running and the key is switched on. The only time it happens is when it is running and I squeeze both the clutch and the front brake.

Woodbutcher....I thought about that but it does it when I'm not rolling.

Sven I will get a wiring diagram and follow the ground bc it almost has to be a ground issue. The buzzing does not happen when I press the rear brakes at all. What I can't figure out is why it only does it when it is running? If it's a ground issue should still happen when ignition is on but not running but its not.....

on the bright side I can still drive it!

I wish I had more money.
I would dissassemble the controller and start the bike. Take a look while it's running.

Well, we know there is a hot side to the bulb so when you make contact, the light comes on. That contact has to ground.

I wonder if it is just as simple as reground the brake light assembly? Take a bare set of pliers, extend them from the brake light housing that is metal [someplace], then ground the other handle of the tool to a good ground on the frame.

If the buzz goes away = Bad ground at the taillight assembly. Just walking it
