new cruise mate

did any one say there is a new gen cruise mate? whats the differance, looked @ cruise mate site looks the say as I've always seen, somebody hook me up w detales thinkin of buying one want to see if there is a newer style

I don't think there are different ones. Maybe black & polished. Call him & he will set you up. I love mine. Cruise mate & the HID kit are some of the 2 best and cheapest mods that the bike can get.

There is a gen II cruisemat which has a one-piece 'shoe' with a shorter lever (closer to grip). I have one (not installed yet) and I'm pretty sure that's what Don said was different. I think the new one is for the Harley type controls though.

Like Barhopper said though, prolly better of calling him.
