New Chopper, can someone tell me what I have?

Hi, I'm an excited new member to the chopper world and just got a (almost finished) chopper project that has a 2004 S&S Super Sidewinder 107 ci engine and a Baker 6 speed out of a Big Dog Chopper.. Can you guys tell me what style of engine this is and what kind of parts do I cross reference it with? Like when ordering chrome bolt kits or starters is this a Evo engine? Twin cam? soft tail style? Forgive my ignorance please!!

Evo style, would be good to get a S&S manual for the engine. Prob cost around 30 bucks. Parts are readily avaialble. You note your drivetrain is "out of" a big dog chopper. Could have been either a rigid or suspension frame.
