They do have an incredibly low price for the 300 rear tire but I cannot find the odd ball MH 90-21 front tire that alot of the BDs need.

Is it a good idea to buy the tires and store them until needed? Considering the good price they have now. Or is there a life expectancy

I can't answer that for you but I would think as long as you kept it out of the sunlight is would be fine. If you would have bought before 31 May you would have been able to take advantage of their $25 per tire rebate also. My set was only $280 total.
