New .585 cam in Bulldog Bagger

Had a new .585 cam installed in the Bagger today. The shop that did the work remapped my vfi, but I've noticed at first start its hitting the low rpm warning. And feeling a rough spitting studder until it warms up. They said my vfi is on auto tune, and will clear up once I get some miles on it. Has anyone else heard of these issues? And will it clear up after so many miles?

They do"learn" but don't know about the idle. Haven't heard from member Ground pounder in a while but he is pretty good with the efi bikes . Also several others that are informative and active. Should get some feedback shortly.
