Forum Sponsor or not, Nelson has come thru for many here with no issues and has put together several group buys with prices that will not be matched anywhere. As with any business owner will attest, growing pains can and will cause issues. Life and family also get in the way. I also take my business where it is appreciated, when I feel the service is lousy. Give Nelson a chance, and if he fails you, PM or contact him and explain why, then do what ever it is you need to do. Nelson will learn from these experiences and if he does not, so be it.

I do not have a good place nearby to buy items for the pup, nor does my pup need much, yet I have had good luck with Nelson. Yes, he did take a couple of weeks to respond once, but I am more laid back than most and no longer have to have anything right now or sooner. I also do not rtn phone calls quickly

I dont see the problem. Just because he doesnt call you back, answer emails or PM's ......all kidding aside. Nelson has always treated me fair and for the most part he is prompt to respond. In my many conversations with him and also being a small business owner I can appreciate the time issue a business can put on our schedules. He gets :2thumbs: in book.

I have bought parts from Nelson many times with no problems. There was one time when he was slow to respond (I think he was ill) and since I was in a big hurry, I got the parts sent overnight from the dealer. No big deal. Hell, since both of us are in Texas, I have to pay sales tax, which offsets any savings. But he has gone out of his way for me a couple of times and that's all it took to earn my loyalty. :2thumbs:

My 2 Cents. Nelson is feeling the pain associated with any business that is in a steep growth curve. And in this econimic environemnt that is a good thing.
anyone that has ever dealt with him will acknowledge that he is one of the most professional and pleasant business owners they have ever worked with. I ordered some things from Nelson early on and his response was quick, prices were competitive and shipment and product quality were great. Unfortunately these are the pains of growth. Nelson, I am sure you will recover as you take the next steps in growing your business.
