Yup - but that one appears darker than most I have seen - I don't know if you can dye it, or if that is it's natural color.

It comes in two forms - "full bead," where the surface is like a series of small pebbles, or "shaved," where the pebbles have been shaved down to a smoother surface (which also changes the color presentation). Really cool stuff when you see it in person. It seems pretty rare to find in very large sizes, so it is often used as trim, rather than a whole seat pan.

Seatmaker said some time ago that he had a nice piece.

I like the black seat stiched with just
the tribals from your paint job.....no flames.

Problem with colored seats is matching them correctly to your paint

Very true, Wildthing, but in this case I think the impact would be softened by the fact that he has several shades of blue, from the darker base coat to all the shades in the cool blue flames. :up:
