I just got off the phone with the sellers of this motorcycle. 2006 K-9 with only 1600 miles. They only want $10,288.00. They offer free shipping, 3 day money back guarantee, 90 day fender to fender warranty.

If it’s too good to be true, it usually is.. so what am I missing here? This bike should have sold by now.. In fact, I don’t see anyone else even following it on eBay. Anyone ever heard of a company called RumbleOn.com before?

For now, I’ve gone ahead and put the bike on hold via their website until I can figure this out.

Sounds to good to be true. I’d ask around and see if a member is close enough to go take a look. Add states local pick up but they’re offering you free shipping...I’d get some eyeballs on it first.

Hard to say. They don’t have much history on eBay either.

I’d look into what kind of protection eBay PayPal has.

I just like my Freedom
400+ items for sale. Feedback of 7.....hmm. Maybe a new biz startup? Maybe a scam....

Says they accept PayPal, you will be safe regardless. Also they have been a member for over a year and they have positive feedback for selling a bike. May be legit, I'd definitley call them and if you do buy it,make sure to go through eBay and pay with PayPal so you'll be covered.

Actually I see it's a classified ad so basically eBay won't be involved. Seems kinda sketchy, definitley have someone or a 3rd party inspector go check it out first

I would suggest you be careful, i just bought a Mastiff off of Craigslist and the seller hid a cracked frame on the bike.

I would not touch it with a 10 ft pole. 7 feedbacks in a year? $10k for a bike I can buy local for $7k.... No Ebay protection... Their corporate address is in NC but they are selling it in MO... and the VIN shows it's in CA...

Could be legit but I wouldn't sleep well....

Folks, I've been shopping for another K-9 for a few months now and can tell you without hesitation the golden rule is LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. I HAVE seen a few go around 7-8K, but they are usually in the middle of bloody nowhere where the market for this niche is slim. I was even prepared to fly to Amarillo, TX this week to get one for 7K .. someone turned up local with cash, I told the seller I would have done the same thing. If you are willing to travel to BFE at the drop of a hat, you MIGHT save a few dollars (not a whole lot though after you factor in airline tickets, uHaul and/or gas & accommodation).
