Hello all... First time asking a question on the site. Hope it finds someone that knows. I have a 2005 BD Chopper with the 250 rear. I made a last minute purchase on eBay for a 2006 K-9 300 rear swing arm so I can beef up the ass end on mine. I havent gotten it yet but I assumed (and you know when you assume) it would work. I had a few stiff beverages and popped on the computer and saw the item 15 minutes before it ended. So i jumped on it. Please if someone knows, that would be Greeeat! - Rob :bang:

you probably want to turn around and re-list the swingarm. unless you are ready to spend a lot more money.

new wheel, new tire, new fender, new jack shaft to re-align the drive belt, etc. this has been discussed before and most times, the thought is it would be cheaper to just sell the bike and buy a K9 if you really want the 300 tire.

Just resale it back on e-bay if you dont need it.

Pull the swingarm on your chopper and see if it mounts up. If it does, it will be a matter of centering the new wheel, and getting everything else to fit around it. You could probably switch to a chain and not have to go crazy with offsets and such. Your struts will have to be spaced out, and a wider rear fender fitted.
