Need some help here - led lighting

That's my '04 Chopper 3 years ago, before I put the inverted front end on, etc. The girl is Shelsea, a waitress at an outdoor Mexican Cafe, and yes, I met her because I had my lights on. There were 4 choppers sitting out on the curb, and she asked about mine because of the lights. Put them on, but don't do strobes, or 10 different colors, or make your shit look like a Christmas tree! Make it look classy, not like a 17 year old's Acura.

Biggest thing, especially with those lizard lights, is to hang it all on temporarily and then look at it in the dark. Here is the pic I was looking for this morning, not the best quality but you get the point...

My bike is in the foreground. The K-9 in the back round has lizard lights on it.

I put amber lights on my bike, I just need to get back to finishing the wiring... kind of forgot about it until now.

I've got a couple under the tank and two between the cylinders. I managed to snag some shield parflex tubing from work and it looks just like the throttle cable so it blends in pretty well.

I've got two installed in the covers above the tranny and one running close to the rear tire on the swing arm.

I like them. :2thumbs:

I have lights on my bike. I don't use them all the time but I do get alot of compliments on them from bikers as well as non-bikers. Hey to each his own. If you don't like em then don't efin look at em.

Can anyone direct me to a good how-to for led accent light placement? I have a lizard light kit that has 8 led bars, but I am having trouble finding good places to mount the lights to get the most out of them. Installing on an 06 K-9 btw. Thanks in advance for the help.
Crawfish, don't worry.. the lights aren't popular on this thread but the other bikers and chics always swarm my bike at night when the red lights hit that chrome. I had my lights installed at a Big Dog/Bourget dealer in Denver...they did an awesome job. You can't see the led bars and they hit three angles of the motor and both my front and rear wheels. Looks GREAT :whoop: Big Dog Motorcycles for Sale, Euromotion Inc. Custom Motorcycles in Denver Colorado and Sturgis SD

Call and talk to Mike...he'll tell you where they install the lights. Mike has installed a set on my 06 K9, my brother's 07 K9 and he's installing a set on my dad's brand new 08 K9 today!
