As I took my primary apart to replace bearings in my Trans I stumbled across my basket carrier that has been chewed up by my starter gear.. Starter not engaging fully? Only on one spot of the carrier is there damage.. I heard an awful noise not too long ago when I went to start the bike.

A new Starter is gong to cost you some money, why not call WSW Wild Steed Worx & Services, When the road is your trail and have your rebuilt. Or buy a rebuilt one of the vendors listed on the form.

I have some serious run out on my Mainshaft.. Seal was still intact, I can't imagine that would cause the basket to pull away far enough to cause the starter bendix to miss the gears on the basket completely
