Need New Kickstand

for my 2008 K-9.
Anyone know where to locate one -- just ordered a rear mount from ebay but the bolt holes are different locations (will use that on the other chopper).

Also, There use to be a "wedge" to change the lean angle of the bike -- any leads on that as well.
