Putting the struts on '04 chopper to accept sissy bar, was pulling the led wires through the struts and broke off a couple of the little metal endings that plug into the plastic housing for the turn signals. Can I sauder (sp?) those back on or need to get new ones? Have no idea where to get new ones or if need new wiring harness for em or what??? Any help and ideas greatly appreciated boys!! thanks

I'd recommend putting new ones on and extending the wiring a bit. I've done this modification in the past and the stock lines make it pretty tight to get the plugs on the LED boards...

chacha is right. Those little terminals have little clips on them that retain them in the connectors. So if you were to solder them up and possibly mess up that little clip they could slid out of the connectors causing you to loose a connection.

PM Nelson and order some new connectors. I've seen them offered in the JC catalog also.

Have fun,
