Need help

Hi everyone,
Been a while since I have been on here
Long story short
Bike randomly shuts off like key was just turned off, I started at the headlight and noticed it was basically gone, the socket is fine tho
Could this be the cause?
I do have the upgraded ehc
I know this topic has been discussed numerous times
I just got the bike back together after it was stolen, but this problem was happening right before they stole it

Hmm, you mention it shuts off like the key was turned. While its running, jiggle the key and see if it repeats. If so, HDM sells replacements.

I went with DOC (Dead One Customs) for my EHC I have about 2000 miles on it and not one issue. It has all the functions as the stock EHC but without all the hassle. It comes with a new backbone harness and a new headlight harness with ceramic headlight connector. You can run LED's with out issue and your battery will not run down if you store it. I use a battery tender that only runs on a timer for one hour a day but only in the winter when the riding is not advisable. Starts and runs every time. You loose the computer connection as on my 06 Mastiff but who has a scanner? Again it was a simple exchange as it uses the stock hole pattern to bolt down the EHC. Simple 3 hour install. Had to remove the gas tank and then remove the old wiring. The instructions are really great and easy to follow. Hope this helps.
