I purchased my new Big Dog Mastiff in April 2009. I noticed when I got home that the frame and the swing arm if that is what is called was a shade different in color. I thought maybe painted at two different times at the factory. Since then I heard from someone that went where I purchased it from found out that my bike was possibly in an accident. Hit in the rear end, so I thought that kind of explains the difference in color. Before I get to accusing and thinking the worst and I blow my top, is it anyway if I give my VIN# could someone pull the VIN to see if it was involved in an accident. The state I purchased it from was South Carolina. VIN#
5J11MBJB08W000061. Any help would be appriciated.

Carfax doesn't work on motorcycles or your vin is incorrect. I've tried it a couple times. Sorry

IF THE DAMAGE WASN'T REPORTED , PROBABLY WASN'T IF IT WAS WRECKED AT THE DEALER, IT WONT SHOW UP ON A HISTORY REPORT ANYWAY. YOU NEED TO GO TO THE DEALER AND ASK THEM DIRECTLY. THEY ARE REQUIURED BY LAW TO DISCLOSEA NY DAMAGE PRIOR TO THE SALE !!! THIS IS SERIOUS SHIT IF THEY DONT

As C J said if a dealer falsifies they could lose there license. The Cycle Chex is 19.95 you might give it a try before you go back to the dealer.
