I have a 04 Chopper and me and the mechanic tried for about 2 hours to get the dust seal caps off the forks with no luck. He is going to try at work Friday. We tried heating them then using a strap wrench hitting it with a rubber mallet and if whatever he tries tomorrow dont work last resort is were going to drill and small hole in the back out of the way and use a center punch to try and get it off ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS PLEASE HELP

I'm assuming you used all kinds of break free fluids? That's what finally broke mine free.

You got one of the lucky bikes like I did that got red loc-tite put on them at the factory!!!

Heat them up and then use the strap wrench on them.
