Need help Neutral light blinks in any gear

I installed a new HID Light dont know if that is thr problem but after that I noticed the neutral light stays on but blinks if I give it gas then its less noticeable anybody know what does could be I took the positive battery cable off for 15 min. To see if that would reset anything

Sounds like a issue at the other end check connection at trans.
Possible sending unit if connection is good

I agree...most likely bad connection or wire. The neutral switch does go bad after time, but more likely the connection/wire.
