Need help decoding EHC code

bought this brand new EHC of Ebay but not sure what it fits or what these numbers mean?

For BD carb, not for fuel injection.
REV C = Cali setting.
REV A = Rest of America.
REV D = Dem other countries... Got me?

The black case EHCs have the Male connectors which will only work on 08 or so and newer BDs unless you have a conversion harness. GroundPounder is doing something along those lines to make the newer EHC fit the older BDs.
