Negative, it is carburettor. I know the EFIs have less room in there but if you re-rout your fuel line nicely I am sure yo will find the way.Franco, your bike is EFI?

Don't know the micron rating, but the sock looks identical. The socks are attached to fuel lines via oetiker clamps. I will just remove them and use only one and put the second one on the shelf for later use.Hi TDUBB. What is the micron rating on the 2 Victory filters. Sounds kind of pricey for 2 filters. Where does the second filter go? Thanks Tom
The standard Micron sock filter is 30. They do go up from there is some applications I have seen 60 or 100. The ones in the BDM and H-D are a standard 30 Micron.Don't know the micron rating, but the sock looks identical. The socks are attached to fuel lines via oetiker clamps. I plan on keeping my old pump too. I think it's likely the pump was fine and it was just a clogged filter based on my discussion with the Vic Shop.
BDM used a Walbro pump with a 30 micron filter. S&S most likely told you this because it's not coming from them. But, Walbro is one of the most used pumps in the industry so I would bet that S&S uses them as well with their name on them. For more info on this, you can call Walbro and they might be able to help you. From what I understand, it would be very uncommon to have anything less than 30 and thinking Walbro doesn't even make one.Well Andrew I was told by S@Ss fuel injection expert that the sock filter that bdm used was indeed not a 30 micron filter and that is why some of us are having problems with our injectors plugging up. When I tried to find out the standard micron rating for sock filters, none were down to the 30 micron range!!! My tank is clean inside, so contaminates must coming from the gas here in Michigan. I may not need the in line filter, but since running one I have haven't had any more problems with my k-9!!! Knock on wood.
