Need 18' Sissy-bar assembly for an '04 Chopper

I'm looking for a viable 18' Sissy-bar assembly for the '04 Chopper (Rolling Thunder frame). The 2 BD dealers I called said BD has an "issue" with their manufacture and cant get the sissy-bar and back-rest assembly kits anymore (for any model). Found a 2-up seat , but no bar, rack or back-rest.

Anyone know where I can score?

I was told that whoever was making them said they needed an order from Big Dog for at least 500 to make anymore. I wish I had got the bar and the struts when they were still barely available.

Yea... Me too Ray. Look like I might be too late to count on parts for winter-work on the BD from Renegade Cycle too. Shit... Still looking...

I wish I could get an actual print on the bar, they don't look to difficult to fabricate, and for 600 bucks I could afford to mess up a couple getting it just right. There is a chrome shop not to far from here. I am thinking in line unless I happen to see some on Ebay.

Try forest cycle in flint Michigan I think he still has a complete set struts and sissy bar. I'm looking for the sissy bar that wraps from the back myself. But I'm not going to buy the complete struts set just for the sissy bar. If you come across a sissy bar Manufacture let me know, please.... 04 chopper DT

I have an 18 inch sissybar that wraps from the back that I wouldn't mind selling. I bought it, thinking it would fit my '05 ridgeback but it wasn't the 300 bar. Anybody interested?

I have a guy here that can make the bar off the one I have for my 2004 chopper, but you would need to get the struts.
